suggest to rename sourceTaxonStage -> sourceLifeStage #2

same applies for targetTaxonStage (targetLifeStage) and sourceTaxonSex (sourceSex).

Am open to making changes to existing names or introduce synonyms if you have a strong desire to use the existing column names. Let me know!
