Filters and sort should be specified in the URL #30

So we can link to http://dev.rollodeqc.com/en/?language=css&sort=nRepos for example.

Progress: maybeFilters are added to the URL and used to load initial data.

It was buggy (wrong images for developpers, etc.) so I removed that feature for now.
