Alt+Tab hides skins

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply Alt+Tab to the desktop from another window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You'd expect to see the skins, but instead, only the sidebar(s)/taskbar panels 
are visible, and not the skins they contain.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Rainmeter 2.1b with Enigma 3.0

This issue is purely aesthetic, but for people who alt+tab frequently, a big 
nuisance.

Set skin position to "On Desktop".
Skin Menu > Settings > Position > On Desktop
