Allow the user to plugin Conduit uri(curi)
Currently the curi is hardcoded in the widget examples, which needed to be made dynamic to help people test it with their own curi.

[x] Need an input field with to accept the curi from the user
[x] Update the child iframe's to post the form data to the curi
