Startup Script #4

Adding a startup script would allow for minimal downtime after a fatal crash of the VM.

Steps:

1) Clone our Git 2) Pull all Dockerfiles - https://github.com/nanoninja/docker-nginx-php-mysql 3) Run docker-compose
