What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a simple abbrevation like email value ( abc@gmail.com)
2. Go to any text editor like ( gedit/sublime/terminal ) type email and space 2
to 3 times fast
3. You will see the last typed abbrivation is scrambled (willnot be correct
characters) . That to some extent is OK but after the scramble happens , it is
randomly inserting email characters ( abc@gmail.com ) even when entering
completely different text ( like qwert its giving output like qwaebrt ...etc ).
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. First text should not be scrambled ( should be qwert not qwaebrt etc ).
2. After scrambling its making gedit unusuable by inserting random characters (
from here a b c @ g m a i l.com ) . I have to restart my gedit to make it
usable again ( ie not to make random characters getting inserted.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Autokey 0.90.4 , Ubuntu 14.10
Please provide any additional information below.
I am a windows autohotkey user , got a new ubuntu laptop . I'm not exactly
happy with the way autokey is working especially its non reliability when
typing fast abbrevations and random characters getting typed . I hope i'm
clear.
