Composer package? #2

Is there a Composer package for it, please? HOWTO file says so but I cannot find it... So, please improve the HOWTO file.

The information about Composer is released to http://nette.merxes.cz/addons/milo/xdebug-trace-panel. But state of Nette addons portal is a little bit schizophrenic now.

I'll add own composer.json and create package at Packagist.
