Slow speed in the default localtunnel server after using many times. #12

When we first use them, the speed is enough for us.

But it can detect how many times the same user uses it. Then the speed will go down.

The default localtunnel server is a public server made by someone.

Use ngrok to solve this issue in reflex==0.2.0
