The newbie may misunderstand the performance is not good if they use Colab-IDE first time. (rx-0-2-0) #19

When a developer uses their computer to run, the speed is excellent. But Colab-IDE is too slow. So newbies may evaluate incorrectly if they are first-time use Colab-IDE. So we need to give them some reason and don't make them misunderstand.

There are two reasons that may cause the speed of the Colab-IDE slower the computer.

(1) Tunnel (2) instance of colab is not powerful.

We can research these way
