Button icons not visible when using dark themes

This affects all modes and specially elements at the bottom or the left side. As shown below, this is an issue when using themes such as Arc Dark or similar:

@floatingCactus the problem here is that the icon theme you are using doesn't have the necessary icons. could you fall back to the default breeze one and double check?

@milohr Ah, yes, the icon set I am using is the issue. Gotta investigate on that what fits best here while also fitting my taste.

Regarding the other point you mentioned, babe crashes with no obvious feedback given when adding music via the settings view but the moment the program gets started again, the songs or directories I added before are there to listen to.
