Update: Add off canvas for Foundation 3.1 #100

Just update the framework and add support for Off Canvas and some other small fixes. It is one of the feature that was required by lots of people. The main navigation will be used as the side nav on mobile device.

On iPhone 4 (iOS6), when you tap the dropdown for "News", the offcanvas navigation slides out of view and you are left on the same page. You then have to tap the menu button again to view the off canvas menu and navigate further.
