Menu icon not visible for Android? #206

I noticed that the menu icon for small screens doesn't show up in my version of Android (2.3.7) HTC Desire in both Dolphin and the stock browser. I tested it on my site and also on the the reverie demo site.

I've attached an image below, anyone else have the same issue? 2013-07-17 15 42 37

I also tested on Android 4.1, HTC One running Chrome, the icon does display correctly.
