Top-Bar toggle dropdown not working #214

Hi, it was only yesterday that I decided to upgrade to reverie 4 from 3. Everything was going well, but then I realized that the top bar toggle when the screen size is small does not work.

Am I supposed to activate it differently to how it was activated in 3?

I do not use the wordpress inbuilt menu. I have my top-bar in a separate navigator.php for more flexibility.Is that where I am going wrong with it?

This is resolved, there was a script to activate the Javascript components that was in the new footer document. I didn't copy that in the first time.
