reverie_entry_meta() exposes (admin) user name #263

hi, I checked my logs of my website, and found out someone had tried to log in using my admin username.After some digging I found it had been exposed in the author link in Reverie's single.php and content.php. As this poses an increased security risk, I have commented out the lines, but I think it might be worth looking into.
