Mobile menu not toggling, medium screen #322

I have a site on which the mobile menu will no longer toggle at medium sizes. It works nicely on small. So no horizontal phone, no ipad, no scruched up browser window in the mid range.

I have not been able to figure out how to repair. This site was begun before jumping into SASS so it's vanilla CSS in Reverie.

Now I cannot even determine where I can adjust the breakpoints for the menu so I can temporarily prevent the mobile menu from showing at medium size.

My plan is to convert the site to SASS enabled Grunterie instead, but that will take some time.

Nevermind this one...I've converted it to Reverie's sister "Grunterie" so I could more easily isolate the menu controls.
