Can you give us more information? Have you configured you default.cfg file?

You have to edit ghost.cfg before running ghost.exe. Use Wordpad or Notepad to
edit it. There are several things you need to change in ghost.cfg before the
bot can host. At the very end, you have to put in warcraft III and Frozen
Throne keys and provide a username/password with which to connect to Bnet. The
ghost.cfg file is well commented and will walk you through the process.
Since you missed this important step, I'm going to assume you don't know how to
port forward port 6112 either. Check out portforward.com to get specific
instructions for your router.
Also, keep in mind that if you only have one set of keys, you cannot connect to
battlenet if the bot is on. You can only join your own games by connecting to
the locally hosted game throught the lan game option. You'll see two lan games
hosted - an admin game from which you can issue your bot commands, and whatever
game the bot it currently hosting on bnet. You can join your bnet hosted game
through the lan but you cannot whisper anyone nor are you recognized as an
admin in your own games.

Ok, so what if you have gotten the bot to work, connect to a valid Bnet server,
host a game successfully, but still unable to join it??? The message I get is
"The game you attempted to join could not be found. You may have entered the
game name incorreclty or the game host may have cancelled it." However, you can
clearly see the game is hosted successfully on the Bnet server game listings. I
can't seem to find a solution to this no matter how much I read into it.
