Location permission discuss #12

In order to get access to user location we need to ask for privacy permission. User can choose one from 3:

What should happen, when user choose while using app or never?

User is locked and is not getting updates. He should see screen with information, that we need it and whole point of app is gathering data (on his device, not on servers) and few nice words about serving community :)

Probably in our policy (which he must agree with first) will be statement that by using this app, he agrees to gather data (and share it, when he is diagnosed with virus).

I think that if the user does not give location permissions, the application functionality should end on the infection map.
