User (role-based) drop markers #5

Allow users (based on flag in DB) to drop POIs and other markers on the map.

What markers/drops do we need?

Off the top off my head, there's only one type of point (db table gps_points) atm: point_of_interest, which takes an integer (0=unknown, and others: friendly, hostile etc).
