This is going to be a major update of this component.

Here is a task list:

[X] Update to Angular 5.1.0
[X] Use ng-packagr for building
[X] Add usage example based on angular-cli project
[ ] Fix broken authentication with new gapi
[ ] Fix opened issues
[ ] Use ng-packagr for publishing
