Update azure.md #1555

Hi!

I hope this issue corresponds to https://milvus.io/docs/azure.md Here, I want to expand on the fact that the page points to a resource: https://docs.min.io/docs/minio-gateway-for-azure.html, which no longer exists. This, I guess, corresponds to the blog entry: https://blog.min.io/deprecation-of-the-minio-gateway/

I would like to kindly ask for an update or point to more recent documentation when starting from scratch to install/deploy Milvus in Azure (no migration).

Hi @artfisica, thanks for the kind suggestion. I have temporarily fixed the broken link with this PR. This documentation will go through an overhaul later when we have resources. And we also welcome contributions from the community that can help us improve the docs!
