No library write to /usr/local after make install #238

Hi, I followed the development guide and successfully build the project. But when I can't write the library to /usr/local with "make install". I found the install_manifest.txt file is empty. Does anyone know how to solve it? Thanks!

We are not writing the install rules in CMakeLists.txt, it is a short feature, I'll provide in days
