Not Working Windows 8, Vista

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Working with Windows7 32 bit
2.In Windows 8 and Vista while pressed Add Encoder and Entered Details its not 
saving any Streaming Details. Always showing default configuration as Ogg 
Vorbis.

Same here.  Tried to run it in compatibility mode for Windows 7, but problem 
ensues.

Run it from the Desktop or a pen drive, the issue is with Program Files folder.

I had the same problem. I found out that on windows 8.1, all files are blocked 
even if you change the owner. So what you have to do is change permission of 
your program folder. Then windows will save your changes. I must do that will 
all of my programs. Quite annnnnoying ! lol

Create a folder such as warez, install the program into that folder. It will 
solve your problem.
