add some Cuckarooz support

There is no working CPU mean miner for cuckarooz yet. For CPUs there is only the simple miner, which is very slow and for testing purposes only.

PS: no need to keep all those error messages above.

Perhaps your rust is not up to date. Can you try a

rustup update

before trying another build?

It works for me with cuda solver on grinmint floonet pool. I had to update rust from 1.40 to 1.44 to compile. Thank you!
