Do you think it makes sense to add an item for an initial slatepack discussion considering the timeline?

Sure, agenda updated. :+1:

I think there is way too much open pull requests and issues that have been hanging for far too long on the grin repo. For the PRs: Most of the PR are fine but needs review. I propose that we "distribute" the pull requests to reviewers like we did a few months ago, For the issues: I did a pass yesterday but I believe a lot of them could be closed like:

Title Opened On Link
Study support of vaults in grin/mimblewimble 02/07/17 https://github.com/mimblewimble/grin/issues/71
Investigate UTXO Obsolescence 09/03/18 https://github.com/mimblewimble/grin/issues/763
NAT Traversal Support 28/04/18 https://github.com/mimblewimble/grin/issues/1205
Bittorrent support for txhashset download 09/04/19 https://github.com/mimblewimble/grin/issues/2740
I2P Support Meta-issue 26/03/19 https://github.com/mimblewimble/grin/issues/2712
Fence off txhashset validation in its own process 09/04/19 https://github.com/mimblewimble/grin/issues/2741
Add TLS to p2p connections 25/08/18 https://github.com/mimblewimble/grin/issues/1420

This is just a few examples (taking too long to make this table...).

I don't think we should target a 0 issues and 0 prs but I do believe we should do some kind of spring cleanup.

Also release grin and grin-wallet 3.1.1 to crates.io.
