Continue funding @GeneFerneau?

I'm happy to discuss this.

Edit: update to my funding request for continued funding for June: https://forum.grin.mw/t/request-for-funding-gene-adaptor-signature-atomic-swaps-grn-btc/8632/14#request-for-continued-funding-for-june-2021-1

The current version of the RFC is focused on Succinct Atomic Swaps, and it looks like there is a number of features that need to be implemented in Grin before SAS is possible (notably multisignatures on outputs). NRD kernels (relative timelocks), would also allow a more straightforward impl of the spec, though lock_height (absolute timelocks) can work (with some caveats).

I am applying for June funding to impl multisignatures, and continue Atomic Swap impl.

We also need to discuss my payout for May.

Do you mind adding https://forum.grin.mw/t/council-evolution-clarification/9021 to the agenda? It addresses point 5 as well
