Electron and TypeScript update #60

Fix: Whatsapp started requiring Chrome 60+, so the Electron dependencies were updated to their latest stable version to solve this. Updated: TypeScript was also updated to its latest stable version.

Just found #45 and the discussion in it. I'll leave the PR here just to update things.
