drawing: Refactor Whiteboard component with a separate Drawing component #20

This Drawing component will return a Konva Image component with all the logic for handling mouse clicks and drags for drawing strokes.

@ivanfex, i was able to do this very quickly in my redux branch. :) re-assigning the issue to me.
