Add gem metadata #138

Add metadata links for quick access from the rubygems catalogue.

The gemspec for mime-types is a generated file, and this information would need to be added to the appropriate block in the Rakefile. I’m not sure how metadata is specified using Hoe, but I can’t merge this PR as is because it will be wiped out as soon as the next release is made.

Thanks. I'll have a look at the generation process in that case.

A lot of this is supposed to be automatic by parsing the README.rdoc, hoe/hoe.rb:688 and can be set with urls hoe/hoe.rb:265.

I’m not seeing anywhere that it possibly sets metadata, so it may be that modifications to Hoe itself are necessary.
