[WISH] Make all dropdowns searhables #19

Make all selecboxes searchables like "select2" plugin.(https://es.vuejs.org/v2/examples/select2.html)

I've a lot of projetcs and only can do scroll, search función would be great.

And so an auto-width with long options mames.
