Allow Layer Visibility Control & Terrain Exaggeration Settings in KML files #406

Which products are relevant to this feature request?
Google Earth 

What should this feature enhancement do?
Enable specification of Vertical Exaggeration Height, and Layers to have on/off 
in KML/KMZ document.  If they are not specified in the KML file the viewers 
current preferences would be used. This would allow great control in displaying 
customized data.

Are there any currently known workarounds that produce the same, or
similar, result?
google Earth API allows this type of control, I have yet to find it for Google 
Earth (non API) itself.
