sign in button labeling #365

Add descriptions to the sign in with icons so it's clear that they are - github and something else (?)

Will add titles on hovering on the icon buttons. Can you not see the icon next to github it should be the discord logo?

It looks like this for me, tested on chrome and firefox. signup page sema

this change seems sufficient to make sign in options clear. will reopen if it is still unclear for more users.
