Mute for CID #2

Please take the opportunity, use the command !mute not only for the nickname, but also for the CID.

Like !ban command !mute works for CID and nick, user must be logged in. So you want to be able to mute offline users like !bannick and !bancid work?

!bancid work, but I needed a little bit more.

This is a little bit vague information, I asume you need what I mentioned before, implementation will be part of next update. Since I have little time, probably it will be released at the end of September. Until then I will leave this issue open.
