change tarball naming #148

current tarball is named rtorrent-2.7.tar.gz but this messes up with
tarballs of the rTorrent project and doesn't reflect the name of this
project. Please change the naming of tarballs to rutorrent-x.x.tar.gz

Such naming is bad, but it has a historical reason. The root directory of 
project is
a /rtorrent. If i change tarball name to rutorrent, the root directory of 
project
will be /rutorrent. As result, 1) some users can't correctly updating 2) to 
many wiki
pages must be changed 3) structure of svn must be also changed.
