strange error. #179

I'm not sure how to repeat this error, it seems to happen from time to
time....It's very odd.

Every once in awhile, the page won't load, i'll try to load it and it will
show the loading screen, then a popup comes up with this in it:

<html><head><title>504 Gateway Timeout</title></head>

<body><h1>504 Gateway Timeout</h1></body></html>

then i see a message saying my webserver doesn't support php.  I've tried
restarting php, and it doesn't help.  If i keep trying, i'll keep having
the problem, then maybe after 10 minutes, it goes back to normal.

othertimes, when i've seen this, i've tried connecting via a remote proxy
only to be able to connect THERE but unable to connect otherwise.

Web-server too busy => ruTorent can't get settings => as result, you see message
"webserver doesn't support php".

ahh, so net lag or perhaps a problem with the php interpreter?
