1) Are you update you plugin to version 1.1?
2) Attach to issue files settings\ratio.dat and plugins\ratio\conf.php.

It would appear that only the torrents over a ratio of 1.0, that were active at
the
time of the upgrade have been affected. New torrents I have added continue to
seed
without automatically stopping

Strange.
1) Which ratio group has this "incorrect" torrents?
2) Which plugins you is use (except ratio)?
3) I need the ssh access to your rtorrent console. If this possible, ofcourse.
If not
- i can try to describe some instructions for obtain debug information, but
this is a
long and difficult way.

Fix serious error in ratio plugin. You can got it from svn or from download
section
(i make new version of plugin).
