libtorrent, rtorrent RPMs update

Обновление RPM-пакетов libtorrent и rtorrent для 
пользователей RedHat
Enterprise Linux (CentOS, Scientific Linux и прочих 
производных от него).
Поддержка XML-RPC уже включена, дополнительно 
обеспечивается функционал

There are libtorrent and rtorrent RPMs updates for RHEL (CentOS, Scientific
Linux etc. derivatives) with included XML-RPC support and ipfilter feature
