Translate hbl #331

I want to know if i can translate the hbl for Portuguese because my brother 
don't know English...

If i can, please tell what i have to do.

I assume you mean the menu. In that case, please contact directly the menu 
creator instead of opening a bug here.
You can create your own menu in the language of your choice

Also, even if people don't understand english, what is there to translate in 
HBL? The credits?
