Improvement for next milestone (M2): Start the report early, ask professor to look through our report

To do:

1. Ensure everyone starts on the report early
2. Ask the professor questions for clarification on report
3. Update on team meetings to be written here
4. Add in deadlines for our issues

Report started on 14 October 2022 (Week 7) Plan to ask prof on Week 8 lab.

Asked questions during Week 8 lab, got feedback and guidance on our report sections 2, 3, 4.

Scheduled next team meeting to be on Monday, 24/10/22 To do:

1. Finalize decision on architectural design AND software design
2. Create system architecture diagram
3. Create component diagram based on the architectural design chosen
4. Create sequence diagrams for the important use cases (at least 5), and update the class diagram accordingly as we do sequence diagrams (if need any new methods etc.)

(and to change use case model and description if making any other changes)
