Spring cleaning

Hi all!

As you might have noticed we were on hiatus for the last couple of months. We are back now and we have a plan to release version 1.

Tasks we are trying to accomplish in the following months:

• [x] Rewrite README.
  • [x] Basically explain what mina is and what it isn't. That it isn't capistrano and if you need multiserver deploy feel free to use capistrano instead.
  • [x] Move the code documentation to another source, probably wiki
  • [x] Add wiki
  • [x] Add FAQ
• [x] Close old issues
• [x] Fix SSH hacks
• [x] Do a better asset precompile technique, so it doesn't precompile all every time one file gets changed
• [x] Move all unneeded plugins to their own repositories (whenever, npm, etc)

This will all need to be done so we can move forward with mina, testing rails 5 and action cable and so forth.
