Fix deploy with jruby #581

Workaround on NotImplementedError: fork is not available on this platform exception on jruby.

@rstacruz @gabskoro @d4be4st Any chance this could be merged and released? It's important for something I'm working on right now.

Speaking of testing ;-) , I should have tested before writing. This still seems to be broken with jruby-9.1.13.0. I'm going to work on it as well.
