My navigation bar is translated, maybe you mean the View menu which is cached and you have to delete the .wiki/cache directory or reload the page two times without caching (ctrl-f5 in firefox) after you changed the locale

I am thinking about switching the translation to gettext since the Slim template engine supports a I18n plugin now: https://github.com/stonean/slim#translatori18n

It would be nice to have something to keep the translations in sync then.

Update:

Powered by olelo can no be translated
The navigation bar can be translated but I forgot to describe it properly. The locale keys have a form like this menu_actions_edit etc, see the other locales besides the english one which transforms the menu id :edit to Edit

Btw. I added two rake tasks to simplify the work with locales (rake locale:sort and rake locale:check)

Thanks, I will do a pull request when I had finished working on the full french translation.
