Links incorrectly classed as 'absent' #89

Pretty small aesthetic issue, but several kinds of internal links get the 'internal absent' class instead of the 'internal present' class despite actually existing in the wiki (at least, when using Markdown links they do).

So far, I've noticed two:

  1. Links containing a space
  2. Links ending with a fragment (#whatever)

Ok, should be no problem to fix this. The classification is done in a filter. Do you have time to write a patch?
