Better multipart field header and encoding #70

1. Multipart field of charset other than UTF-8.
2. Clearly specify Content-Type of Mutilpart (byte) data such as 
"application/octet-stream".

Example:
-------------------------boundary
Content-Disposition: form-data; name="upfile"; filename="blahblahblah"
Content-Type: application/octet-stream

[byte-data]
-------------------------boundary
