TableCrab crash when reviewing hands #8

user PhenixRising reported a crash when reviewing hands in hand viewer. most 
likely a WebKit issue. reviewing was done by repeatedly loading hands from disk 
(back / forward button and custom network manager was not implemented by he 
time the crash happend).

suggested fix: upgrade to newer version of PyQt. by now upgrade to PyQt-4.8.1 
does not work cos it crashes on TableCrab startup.

i guess long enough time has passed now to set this to fixed in TableCrab2-0.4.2

reopen report if it is still an issue
