Hi Mina, which prompt are you using with the Bash shell.

Hi there,

I believe she's using iTerm. I figured this out after struggling to get the box drawing characters to connect properly in regular ol' Mac Terminal.

@unluisco I got the following look (seems very similar to the GIF) by using:

  1. iTerm 2 on the Mac
  2. Bash-it which I learned about from the README for youncé (including how to set it up with the yoncé theme)
  3. Nerd fonts, (also learned from here) specifically 14 pt Hack Regular Nerd Font Complete which I set up via the profiles in iTerms 2.

I did install the colours for iTerm using the iterm colors file but I slightly preferred the look from using Bash-it and the prompt is customizable in interesting ways.
