Refactor: Admin schedule and Package

When booking reaches becomes Max capacity, we need to make sure that online booking should be blocked, ie: User from website

we have few choices to make

• [ ] either add a block schedule button on the selected schedule
• [ ] or make the user side calender date blocked automatically when corresponding package reaches max capacity
• [ ] or add a new color for the blocked date (As suggested by the client)
