Could you explain what you'd like to see in this feature?

We already have a picture-in-picture feature, which I think is what you mean, although it's a little confusing to open:

  1. Go to a Youtube video.
  2. Right-click on the video to get the Youtube context menu.
  3. Now right-click somewhere else on the video to get the Min context menu, and choose "picture in picture".
