I can't define a specific sequence of actions, except
Having a session with several tabs on several tasks active(I have several tasks with 300+ overall tabs, and amount of active tabs per session is around 50)
Waiting for something bad to happen
Comment: It happened several times already, and Min is the only browser I used that I had this problem with, so I'm pretty sure it's on the browser's side, though not sure how esoteric the problem actually is
