cant change scroll behaviour over tab #953

scrolling down closes tab, if one have more tabs than the window can display one might scroll to see them but this closes tabs, this was not expected at all, this behavior is not detailed on preferences github or webpage, swiping up on trackpad is not the same as scrolling down on mouse

Is this expected behavior from Min? Just noticed today that vertical scrolling on a tab closes it, while horizontal scrolling works as intended. I had one too many tabs, and Min "hide" one of the tabs overflowing it outside of the tab list. My natural instinct was to scroll, as I've done in every other brower I expected to scroll the tablist, but it closed the tab I had highlighted.

I want to add my vote for fixing this. It's the only feature|bug in the browser that I've come across so far that I just can't stand.
