Whoa. From a video, I see you can use the VSCode editor to interface with the manage.py file as a project. Reminds me of the old-school Visual Studio C++ IDE. Flashback... completed.
Here is the VS Code download page (I chose a .deb' for for Linux Mint, but there are.rpm` packages as well).
